We’ve set our sights on the future, and with your help, we are heading in that direction. Southern Wisconsin Bird Alliance’s newest strategic plan outlines on the work we will do, building upon our organization’s long history and our previous strategic plan (below).

These plans are more than just documents that sit on the shelf, getting dusty. They help establish the values that influence our goals, determine the projects we take on, and prioritize the opportunities we seek out.
