Have you ever wanted to see the spots on a bobcat's tummy? What about the rings on a raccoon's tail? This live online lesson is your chance! We'll get up-close looks at the furs from 5 Wisconsin mammals. Madison Audubon’s education director Carolyn Byers will help kids compare and contrast the fur. We'll talk about undercoats and guard hairs, and think about how furs are specialized to an animal's habitat and lifestyle.

All of this will happen live over Madison Audubon’s Facebook page. Can’t attend live? No worries — a link to the recording will be posted to this event after its completed.

Great for all kids, but geared towards grades PK-3.
