Join us for an exciting and energetic field trip to Patrick Marsh Wildlife Area! This field trip is geared for all levels, and will be especially fun for entry-level birders who want to enjoy a bird outing with Dexter "The Wisco Birder" Patterson. Dexter is the co-founder of the BIPOC Birding Club of WI, a Southern Wisconsin Bird Alliance board member, and a birding enthusiast well known on Instagram (@WiscoBirder) for his fun and accessible bird-watching adventures. He is dedicated to making birding more inclusive. Patrick Marsh is one of Dexter's favorite birding spots in Dane County, especially during migration.
WHEELCHAIR USE: Southern Wisconsin Bird Alliance has one electric-powered wheelchair available for anyone to use for free. You can learn more about it here, and request it in the form when you register.
