We’re sorry, this field trip is canceled due to concerns around COVID-19. Please feel welcome to visit the sanctuary on your own or with your family — there’s lots to see and lots of area to spread out!
We will explore Goose Pond Sanctuary's prairie units and some of the hiking trails. The trip will provide an introduction/overview to Goose Pond Sanctuary including information on Goose Pond history and volunteer projects. The trip welcomes those both not familiar and well acquainted with Goose Pond. The prairie should be in very good color at this time of year.
This event is part of Land Trust Days, celebrating the history, importance, and availability of land trusts and the natural spaces they protect. Madison Audubon is a nationally-certified land trust; join us to learn more!
