Birding at Baxter's Hollow

  • Baxter's Hollow (meet in Middleton to carpool) 4340 Parmenter Street Middleton, WI, 53562 United States (map)

Baxter’s Hollow is one of the most scenic areas in the Baraboo Hills. We will search for breeding species like the winter wren, worm-eating, mourning, cerulean, and hooded warblers, Louisiana waterthrush, both cuckoos, and any migrants passing through. The trip will depart from the Middleton Park & Ride at 6:30 a.m, or meet at Baxter's Hollow (Stones Pocket Road) at 7:15 a.m.
